Please include:

• Your registered email address
• Your full name (optional)

What will be deleted

• Your account profile
• Messages and chat history
• Wellness check-in settings
• Trusted contact information

Data retention

Some data may be temporarily retained for legal, security, fraud prevention, or backup purposes for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

After receiving your request, your account and associated personal data will be deleted within 30 days.
